In 1989 we initiated our Property Management/Operational Services division, in order to provide cooperatives in our area a broad range of services under one umbrella.
Since then we have provided full property management and community development services to over 25 co-ops and non-profits. We also have experience in working with projects experiencing difficulty.
We have worked primarily in the Hamilton and Niagara areas but have provided services to boards in Cambridge and Toronto.
