From 1979 until 1993 we have provided development consultant services to over 30 Boards of Directors, resulting in the creation of over 2,700 units of non-profit, co-operative and supportive housing in the Niagara and Hamilton regions.
Since 2005 we have provided development services to private sector companies non-profit and supportive housing groups to develop under the Canada-Ontario Affordable Housing Program.
