Niagara Peninsula Homes was created in 1979 and incorporated in 1981. We're a non-profit with an outside Board of Directors. Through our development services we have created over 2700 units of non-profit, co-operative and supportive housing in the Niagara, Hamilton and currently manage housing in the Niagara and Hamilton areas. We continue to provide development, property management, maintenance, janitorial, financial administration, capital repair and consultation services to numerous housing providers.

REACH Innovation – creating momentum for change, one person, one building and one community at a time.
REACH Innovation is much more than a single program. It is a holistic and inclusive vision for future change and growth in Niagara, based around the concept of Sustainable Livelihoods, that seeks through direct engagement to enhance the five primary indicators for community and individual wellbeing - environmental, communal, personal, aspirational and financial. REACH Innovation will bring a multi-dimensional approach to transforming the lives of many often overlooked in the community focusing on three key outcomes; skills training/work experience delivered through our REACH construction programs and workshops, social enterprise incubation and development to open up more avenues for employment and revenue generation as part of our social innovation hub, and development of modern yet affordable rental and ownership housing for current and future generations – smaller footprint, modular design, highly efficient, lower cost.
